Drop 40 pounds

my goal is to weigh 150 at least and to lose at least 2 pounds a week. I started today on a 7 day challenge of eating fruits and vegetables and lots of water and green tea. I am not hungry but I wanna eat.

    Im trying to get down to 150! Im 218 right now so i have a lot to lose! I have some serious sugar cravings alllll day

    I am doing this 7 day diet challenge as well as working out 30 min a day. Would you like to try? It's not easy but I feel lighter.

    Watermelon and green tea helps with those craving. But you have to drink the tea with no sugar. You can use honey and lemon. I also drink lemon water every day. Just but lemon in a big bottle of water,squeeze it or juice it and just drink it even when your not thirsty.
