how come i have put 2 kg on when i have hardly eaten anything over the weekend?? have been working a lot and not eating much but i have gained weight, so pissed off

Because, as you said in the title, weight fluctuates. It's perfectly normal. Causes include salty foods (such as restaurant food), menstrual cycle, water retention from a new exercise regime, more waste in your system that you haven't got rid of yet, and sometimes it just happens for no apparent reason. That weight will be gone in a day or two.0

Weight fluctuates, it can bounce up or down a few lbs or more each day.... @DemoraFairy has already explained why.0

Workouts can cause inflammation as your muscles repair themselves. If your weight went up and your muscles are sore give it a few days. I end up losing more weight this is way because I am extra careful about not cheating if I see my weight up on the scale.0
