Hello,
I went to the doctor and found out that I weight 1 less lbs than what my scale tell me at home with nothing on!... For example, At home the first thing I woke up and go bathroom and go on scale I was 221 and then I ATE NOTHING until I went to see dr this morning with EMPTY stomach and went on scale and it said 220. So I was wondering which one should I follow? My home scale or the doctor scale??
What's your opinion??
THANKS!

Since it is only 1 pound I would follow your scale. You have to look at that one more often, so I would go by it. Either way will be fine though!0

I would use the at home scale because that is the one you will use regularly. Although I am sure it was nice to see that extra 1lb at the Dr. office!!0

Yours. And remember, your weight can change several times per day (the reason to only weigh yourself once per week--so that you don't go nutty).0
