not lossing weight

So I have been tracking my calorie intake and exercising for 3 weeks and I have not lost 1 pound. I'm not sure what the problem is but it is very discouraging. Can someone help me??? I have gained 15 pounds in the last 6 months not sure what is going on with my body

Do you use a food scale to weigh all your foods? How do you calculate your calorie burns during exercise?0

If you aren't weighing/measuring your food, I'd be willing to bet that you are eating more calories than you think you are. Also, are you exercising and eating back those calories? If you are, there's a possibility that you're eating too many calories because the exercise estimates tend to be on the high end.
Maybe open your food diary so that people can give better input?0 -
I am putting weight on but loosing fat maybe your increased activity levels are giving muscle gains.0

Agree with the first two comments and I also suggest a visit with your doctor or medical provider to be sure everything is "A okay!", especially before starting on this journey0
