So I spent hours on iTunes today searching for new songs to add to my workout playlist. If you listen to music when you workout what songs are on your iPod that get you going, inspire your, or give you that extra umph when your workout gets you struggling. If we all share one or two we will have a great list to pull from for our next trip to iTunes!

Here are a couple I like:

For running: Juicy by Better than Ezra
Tik Tok by Ke$ha
Boom, Boom, Boom by the Venga Boys

I could really use some suggestions! Please share!

I like Push it to the Limit by Corbin Bleu. It's a little corny, but it keeps me going.

My favorite tunes are Irish and Scottish jigs, reels, hornpipes that I'm learning to memorize for playing in sessions. I can set the pace (beats per minute) with a program: Amazing Slow Downer, save it as a .jpg file, then drop it into the ipod shuffle which is clipped onto my walking togs. Pre-programing my playlist to fit my personal goals, I can train and enjoy listening to my favorite performers, many of whom I know personally or have been an ardent fan for many years. My way.

I just bought ET by Katy Perry, On the Floor by JLo, Down on Me by Jerimah, and two other songs that I forget the name of.

Go look on Amazon for songs.. a bunch of the "popular" songs right now are 69 cents on there.. way cheaper then Itunes!

I really love Paramore's whole album Brand New Eyes. Careful and Brick by Boring Brick are probably the best workout songs on the album

    Also "Savior" by Rise Against.
