Introducing myself at the 30 day tracking milestone

Hello everyone. I thought I would finally introduce myself. Today marks my 30th day of tracking and it's weigh-in day. In one month I have lost 15 lbs exactly, so I'm pretty excited about that. It seems that one week, like this week, I'll lose a small amount; less than a pound and then the next week I'll lose a large amount. Last week I lost 7.8 and then this week I lost .4. It's a strange cycle, but as long as it continues, I'll take. I have also taken up walking and always try to get in 10,000 steps a day. I'm not sure how accurate the step counting is on my iPhone though, but it has been more than I was doing.

I really like the mapmywalk app, it tracks your distance, pace, and time and even shows you a map of where you've been once you are done.0
