Making A Change

Hi,
I have recently decided to start making some positive changes by creating negative numbers (on the scale, in clothes sizes, and my bmi, etc) . I have been using MyFitnessPal for two weeks now, never missing a day, and using a Fitbit Flex for one week. My goal is to reduce my weight approximately 100 lbs in the next year or so. I am in my late 30's, married with two teenage daughter's and have a desk job (work in IT).
I would love to connect with people in my general area and from afar to support one another and share ideas, tricks, treats, and traps.
