Hey everyone, i'm new to this. Only been doing it 2 days! I've recently put on half a stone and feel really uncomfortable with how my body looks now. I need to stop snacking and seriously tone up! Hoping this app makes me more aware of calorie intake etc. Be grateful for any support! Thanks!

    New here too, same problem with snacking, that "before bed" peanut butter and jelly sandwich will wreck you!

    I'm terrible with chocolate and biscuits in the evenings. I've done well the last 3 days no biscuits and only a tiny choc bar earlier today. I've been under my calorie in take the past 2 days and did a 20 minute high intensity exercise dvd earlier. I just hope i can keep it up! Back to work tomorrow after the 6 week summer break... could be a struggle!

    Good luck on your goals! I always liked ice cream in the evenings and it is hard to beat those cravings. Add me if you like.
