WELCOME to MFP.com!!! I live in GA, but have visited Fredericton, NB and Halifax and LOVE your part of the world! This site is a great motivator. I started about a month ago and have lost 5 pounds, with a goal of losing 17 pounds total - by Christmas time. Good luck and stay connected with the online community...there's great incentive in reading each other's posts.
