That number seems a little low for an hour of cardio, but I have no frame of reference for your intensity. At the end of my run yesterday, which lasted 46 minutes and had an average pace of 10:10, my heart rate was 156. I'm 35.

Is that number from a HRM? I wear a HRM when I do cardio and mine can range from 126-165. That's my burning zone....so says my polar watch. I'm 5'3 and 27

Depends on your goals really. It sounds a little low to me, especially considering how young you are. 140 for me is a fast walk (maybe hills thrown in). I usually shot for 160s when I used to do cardio. Anything higher would wear me out fast. I'm also 35 and younger people usually have higher heart rates.

Anything over 122.65 and your should book an appointment with a cardiologist. Anything less than 114.85 and I'd update my will right away. This is assuming a full 60 minute workout. If it's actually 50 minutes, like a cardio class, then a high of 121.08 and low of 112.96 should be expected

I've run the calculations and these figures appear accurate.

Based on the lack of pertinent information in the OP ... the only answer is unicorn.

How long after a workout? What type of workout? What is your resting heart rate? What is your tested threshold heart rate?
