I'm 20 years old and I'm 360 lbs,6'4". I stay pretty active throughout the day and I'm constantly drinking water and Gatorade all day. I know I don't make the best food choices throughout the day. I usually eat quick and easy things I can go and buy at the gas station. I need to start losing weight as a mental thing. But I need help and ideas for things to eat and help me get through this. Thanks!!!

Eat a little less than you do now, and maintain your activity. Or, eat the same and move more. Or, eat less and move more.

Start logging your food so you can determine how many calories you're really eating in a day, and try to eat fewer calories than you burn in a day.

    Why Gatorade?

One of your first steps might be to stop drinking Gatorade. That'll save you a few calories. But keep drinking water. Water is good.

    Log your calories :)
You'll be amazed at how much is in certain food - it definitely educated me.

If you can cut down on the gatorade consumption, I think this can help too. I hear it's full of sugar? I may be wrong (we don't have it in the UK but I'm sure we have equivalents).

Best of luck and stick with MFP! It'll help massively.
