Need an Accountabil-aBuddy

It's actually fairly simple, I want to stop being lazy and start moving more.
I had 2 opportunities to get into my field of choice and I screwed myself over. I can't do that again.
Since I know I will work better with a partner, I'm hoping to find a viable one in this community.
Goals:
1) Be able to Jog/Run 3mi, e days a week.
2) 30 min H.I.I.Ts 3 days a week-or- MMA
3) Qualifying, as best as possible for the military.
