I do not have it, I did look up some things that might help you though. Try going gluten free, Having fermented foods help as well. Making your own bone broth will also help.0

@eenashay I had idiopathic gastroparesis that thankfully resolved, but it took a couple of years. The best, best, best resource I found was Crystal Saltrelli and her website Living Well with Gastroparesis. She talks about food choices and symptom management a lot. She has a free "getting started with GP" e-book on the website. I don't think that was around when I was sick, but the resources of hers that I used were invaluable.2
