unfortunately I have been diagnosed with cancer for the second time in 12 years although it may not be a recurrence but a whole new one which could be classed as unlucky. While losing weight is not as high on my list of my priorities as it was last week, I stil need to shift some more and get fit to give me a fighting chance. any fellow mfp'ers in the same boat please friend me. Think chemotherapy will be the first line of treatment but that will probably come with steroids which are going to make things harder and at this point in time I don't appear to have lost my appetite! Any experiences all gratefully received

You can beat this stuff! I detest cancer. It took my mother from me when I was 14 and is now about to take my mother-in-law, most likely in the next month or two. Both of them could have beat it if they would have discovered it sooner.

I have two friends who have whipped cancer's butt using the traditional methods and some dietary methods. Basically, cancer thrives in an acidic environment, but cannot survive in an alkaline environment. By eating foods that are alkaline and eliminating foods that are highly acidic you can help to fight off the cancer cells. If you would like more info and a list of good/bad foods, message me and I'll get it to you.

Best wishes and just kick the crap out of that stuff!!!
