NSV - 18" lost!!!

Feeling really good this morning, since I started MFP about 2 months ago, I have lost 18 inches of mass from 6 measured locations! And the highlight of this is losing 4.5 inches from my waist alone! Very cool.
Oh, my work trousers are now about 4 inches too big for me (they are size 42, I have now dropped down to a 38!). I have to wear a belt with them! LOL
I would recommend anyone starting MFP who hasn't done initial measurement of themselves, do it now! Its a brilliant way of confirming the numbers you are seeing on the scale. Its also kind of obvious when you find clothes falling off you now!
It just goes to show what a lifestyle change can accomplish in quite a small space of time. My BMI has gone from a 33.1 to a 29.7, I've lost 18 inches of body mass from the measured locations, and I've dropped over 2 stone in weight! I've never felt better, though still a long way to go!
Cheers for the motivation guys! If anyone wants to add me as a friend that would be cool!

That's amazing! Well done!
After I started losing weight my friends asked me if my clothing had gotten lose and seemed dissapointed when I said "no, not really". But then I started taking waist measurements whenever I did a weigh in and, sure enough, I was definitely slimming down around my waist.
I can still wear all my wardrobe but I can also fit into smaller sizes when I shop now. Thank god for belts and knit tops and dresses0 -
