i don't know why i check fb daily, it a load of moaning minnies most the time!! i rarely post on there, but on here i can't stop, it feels great to get encouragement and give it back. i would love to meet the people that have been so lovely and are all over the world!! i love the niceness of strangers that comes through every time i log on to mfp.

    You are soooo right, carina! Don't know what I did before MFP. Oh, I know, spent way too much time on Facebook. I still am on there but I love MFP and new friends so much more. Being with people who are on the same (or similar) path as me rules!

    I use FB now, to look for groups of fitness, bikini or figure competitions - I am plannin' my first one in 2013...I rarely use fb for friends etc...My page is loaded up with my new lifestyle of fitness journey :happy:
