I'm new and need advice

Just started yesterday counting calories eating only healthy and exercising. Could use some motivation and that extra push to succeed. And someone PLEASE tell me I'll stop starving even after I eat. So used to being able to snack and eat all day but I need to loose 30lbs.

    You will eventually adjust. After about a month or two, I started learning what foods keep me feeling fuller for longer, and I started to recognize when I was bored vs when I was truly hungry. Just be patient. Right now is a good time to pick up a (simple) hobby that will keep your mind and hands occupied.

    Just a thought, but maybe you're not getting enough protein. I am under 1400 calories a day and never feel hungry. I make sure to have protein with every meal. For instance, I'll have a snack of one boiled egg and half a cup of fruit. Or fruit and greek yogurt. Protein helps you feel full. If you're restricting yourself to, say, just salads, you're going to be very hungry. However, your stomach will adjust over time regardless. But I totally understand how hard it is to get through those "omg I am soooo hungry" periods. You can do it!! You will prevail!!!
