Protein smoothie bowl recipe

craving a protein rich and nutrient dense breakfast or post workout meal? Than this smoothie bowl is perfect for you!!
Vanilla Berry smoothie bowl:
Ingredients:
• one medium banana (organic)
• 1c spinach or kale
• 1-2tbsp flaxseed
• 1/2c quest protein powder (if male use a full scoop)
• 1/2c Greek yogurt
•1c berries of your choice (I used raspberries, blueberries and black berries)
•water
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in blender and continuously add water until desired thickness. I also ate mine with a cup of Kix
