I'm Dr monitored and check every couple months. I'm a stay at home mom so not very active. When I'm at the I try to eat back my food. I've beeneating at 1200 since April. I went from about 230 to 195. Healthy weight for me is 150. I'm not ready to add my maintenance calories. Is this ok to be eating for long term without losing at lot of lean muscle? I do lift weights and my indurence has doubled.

I reckon you should eat more than 1200 in the long term... do you ever plan to stop losing weight? lol.

When I'm about 150 I'll eat to maintain. But I have 45 lbs to go.0

Are you doing resistance training and eating sufficient protein? If not, you're not maximizing muscle retention. Eating at 1200, long term, is not ideal for body composition for most people.
How tall are you?
Are you actually eating 1200 or are you netting 1200?0
