Having an issue with water retention after increasing my work out. Anyone have this issue or advice on how to eliminate it? My usual tricks haven't worked. Thanks!

Fat weight and water weight are two different things. Water weight is by TOM, sodium intake or muscle repair.

Fat loss is created through calorie counting.

Thanks QueenLiz99. Any advice on the muscle repair water weight gain and how to eliminate it?

Don't worry about the water you may be retaining. Just worry about fat loss. If the scale fluctuations bother you, try weighing in less often. You muscles need that water for repair so why try to remove what your body needs. You say you want to get and stay healthy so you need to be patient and focus on long term goals and results not short term fluctuations.

Thank you. I'm trying to drink more water to flush it out, but, boy am I sore. Lol. I added jump roping to my regime and I haven't done that since I was a child. :)
