Here is a great web site to measure the distance you have walked even if it's on a trail. You just plug in the points on the map and it will measure the miles for you. It's better than using Mapquest or other car distance web site which can't use non-motorized trails and areas.

    This is too cool! I thought I was only averaging a little over three miles a day. Now I know it is 4 miles per day. Thank you!
