Hi, I'm looking for UK friends in/near Stoke-on-Trent. I'm starting the 5:2 diet tomorrow and have about 4 stone to lose. I'd like to find some friends for support on here but would also love it if there's anyone who lives near me who'd be interested in walking/hiking/geocaching. It would be really good to find an exercise buddy, so if anyone out there's interested please let me know :)

    Hi, I live in Stoke on Trent. I am currently looking for a fitness buddy and looking at losing 4 stones as well. I lovr walking and would love to do a hike. I am looking to increase my fitness levels. Let me know if you at still interested in a exercise buddy.

    I'm not from stoke-on-Trent (I'm in Surrey which is quite a way out) but wishing you the best of luck on your 5:2. It sure takes guts to get through those 500cal days, that's for sure! :D
