Question about logging

Hi all.
This may be a dumb question but I'm a bit confused. I am going to a local Japanese steak house that serves hibachi style food. I have searched but they do not have nutritional information anywhere. How would I go about logging the food as accurately as possible? Any ideas?

You'll have to guesstimate and use relevant entries in the database.0

Look up Benihana - they are hibachi style Japanese and in the database. Should get you close anyway.0

Totally agree. I usually find a comparable chain restaurant when I'm trying to estimate calories for a night out.0 -
Thanks! That's really helpful0
