So today I was under my cals and it said that if everyday looked like this I would weigh 152.5 in 5 weeks. Now then I have been doing this for a little while now and it always says that if I do this that I would weigh something close to that is 5 weeks.... so will I really or is this not so true????????

Mines never been accurate. But I think it's hard to be with such a small WL goal.0

Be careful staying under your calorie goal for too long. Eventually your body adjusts to the lack of calories and slows your metabolism way way way down in order to conserve calories. This can really put the weight back on. Going under a few times a week is ok. My sister is a physical trainer. She and a lot of literature I have read suggests changing up your calorie intake to keep your body and metabolism guessing. If you do one thing for too long routinely your body will adapt and slow your metabolism. Maybe one day or two meet your calorie goal and maybe go a little under a couple of days. Maybe one day go over it just a little bit. I have lived by this practice the past year and have seen nothing but great results. I have noticed that when I stayed on a routine for too long there is a noticeable difference in my metabolism. Too much food for too long slows you down (a most common way of weight gain.) Too little food for too long slows you down. When you have a big meal on a cheat day your body will just hang on to all those calories since you have been lacking for so long. Having the same amount, even if it is your recommended amount for so long your body just adjusts to it and slows your metabolism. There is a lot of good science behind this. I have lived by it and it has served me well. Keeping your eating habits somewhat irregular keeps your metabolsim on it's toes.
I hope this helps!0 -
