Will this cheat day make me gain a lot of weight??

I wasn't planning to have a cheat day, and it's been a week since my last one, but today I skipped breakfast because I had a doctors appt, so then I had a taco salad from a restaurant (with a small amount of chips and salsa too) for lunch, two key lime Oreo cookies and a small bowl of frozen yogurt. I'm worried this will make me gain weight and/or make my stomach bloat out for days.

You won't gain weight from a single meal that's over your calories.0

I hope you are trolling.0

No you won't gain wait from one cheat day. Try to relax your thinking a little or you're going to stress out and possibly create a problem.0

nope thats not even close to the minimum recommended daily calories, i sure hope you plan on eating something else0 -
Probably will. An occasional cheat "meal" you can usually get away with, but a cheat day will set you back.0
