Evening Time

I usually have my dinner at 7pm but I get hungery around 9 again. Does anyone else have this problems.? Let me know if anyone has any suggestions. Thanks

    I am generally a night snacker, so I try to save some calories and have something like popcorn for a late night snack!

    I am with you on this one.......... I have my tea between 5 & 6. I either make sure I have enough calories left for a snack or drink a pint of water it seems to work for me.

    i plan my food the day before. and i always allow enough for some snackage after dinner. not a whole lot, but enough to keep me satisfied til morning. like peanut butter on a piece of wheat bread. with a about 2 cups of water. its so yummy! and 150 cals.

    If you get HUNGRY two hours after your dinner, you probably need to eat more (or better) food for dinner, and maybe throughout the day. But if you get snacky, then yeah, it's a good idea to save up some calories for that.

  • Yes I do too. You could chew on ice which is something I do during the summer. It gves your mouth something to do .... or frozen grapes .... homemade popcorn (NOT the microwave kind its bad for you)
    But you should just try to eat nothing - bare with it & GOOD LUCK!!!!
