is my meathead of exercise good? and how much should i weight?

i was 17, 5'9 and used to wight over 90KG but after i did these exercise i was able to loss weight by

by starting off by walking for 5 minutes on the treadmill then start jogging for 5 minutes then 30 minutes just walking and then again5 minutes of jogging again just to end it everyday after school

and i ate boiled eggs in the morning and ate a lot of turkey and tuna wheat bread sandwiches (sometimes from subway and mostly at home) for dinner and rarely ate like an appal for a midnight sneak and drank ONLY water! no juice no nothing only water around 5-9 glasses a day! only 2 meals a day rarely 3 meals

4 months of exercise i got my weight down to 65kg by doing this I'm not joking it did work!

but now I'm 18 and i stopped exercising and gained 5kg extra so now I'm at 70KG but now I'm in university and they got a gym there and I'm aiming at 60-62KG, but 59KG will be a huge problem for me so now i need to aim at that weight to be slim

im not sure if my meathead of exercise will work with you but it did for me i don't think this will be good for obese people but maybe for people that are a bit overweight like i was

what do you think guys is my meathead of exercise good?

should i get my weight down to 60-62 or should it be less? i don't like how my 70KG body look i still got manboobs XD and got a small belly and i did kinda like my body at 65kg but thought 60kg was perfect!

You... have a meathead of exercise? I thought the title was an autocorrect issue, but you repeat it a bunch... am I missing something?
  • I think in UK meathead refers to someone who spends a great deal of time in the gym. That's all I could come up with!

You're a 154 lb 5'9" 19 yo male. I don't know exactly what kind of physique you are going for but, based on your profile, you want to look good at the beach. My suggestion is to eat at least at maintenance and lift heavy weights. Do your treadmill routine if you like it. It seems like one you enjoy and I don't see anything unhealthy about it. Your physique is going to improve a ton if you lift. Don't worry about the paunchy stomach for now. Build some muscles.

This. I'm 3 inches shorter than you and was in the best shape of my life about 20 lbs heavier.

Any method of exercise is good, as long as you're pushing yourself but still know your limits its a great thing! Not only does it help increase your deficit (and therefore can help with weight loss) but it obviously also helps with fitness and health in general.
I won't lie to you though, the eating habits you are describing worry me a little. A boiled egg for breakfast, a sandwich later on and maybe an apple in the evening? If that is really all you were eating then it not enough all all. As a man you need at least 1500 calories a day and I really don't see this approach meeting that (and it certainly won't give you all then nutrients and things you need).

I'd suggest tracking your calories to make sure you are eating enough, especially if you're exercising. It's all well and good losing weight but it's unlikely you'll keep it off if you lose fast, and you could be doing more harm than good.
All of that aside, congratulations on your loss so far, and good luck getting to where you want to be :)

Is this slang or an auto correct fail? My tears of laughter need to know.

OP, treadmill work is good for cardio vascular fitness. Lifting heavy things and putting them back down will improve your physique.

I think meathead = method but I have a mental picture of Archie Bunker's SIL running on a treadmill. Seriously though, are you wanting to lose weight or did you want to build muscle? As a male you should be eating a minimum of 1500 cals per day and you'd need more than that to build muscle along with a weight lifting program.

    Yep. Well said.

I have no idea what meathead exercise is, though. :D
