Hi everyone I am at so annoyed at myself ever say I wake up and think I'm going to stay under my calorie intake and everyday I over eat I was doing really well for a while and have lost 7kgs but I still have 25 to go and have been stuck in this weight for ages now ! I exercise everyday and push myself really hard but unless I get my eating right i won't be losing anything. Also I eat very very healthy and then I'll eat a whole pack of chips or something stupid ! Help any suggestions ? I've done so well I will not give up

Do you weigh your food on a scale and track everything you eat, even when you eat a full bag of chips?

I suggest always tracking, even when you slip. Everyone slips. Learning why and what you can do different next time can lead to success.

Maybe try a trick I learned from a workshop. Write down the problem and any reasons it might be happening. Then brainstorm actions you might try to fix it. Pick one or two then try them for a week. Did it work? Then keep doing it. You can repeat this as many times as necessary.

Guaranteed if you change nothing the same things will keep happening.

I did notice a pattern of really strict then collapse in what you described. Imagine having a goal to hold your breath as long as you can. No matter how good you get at it, eventually you will have to relax. Is that a failure?

You might relax your daily intake by a small amount, say fifty calories, and see if that keeps you from grabbing that bag of chips. Or you might pre package those chips in 100 calorie ziplocks. Try something different.

Pre-plan what you are going to eat the night before, that's what I do. It stops me from over-eating! :)
