I've been stuck on my weight loss for years now. I put on my weight during college and the years after. At my heaviest I was 270. Years ago, I lost 40 lbs over the course of a year by just eating on a simple schedule and reducing portions. I've been stuck at 225-230 pounds for a long time. I keep taking half-a$$ed attempts at dropping more weight. I want to get below 200 lbs. I'm hoping being part of a group/community can help me stay on track and succeed. I've grown accustomed to failure at this point.

    Track what you eat - I mean every thing. It's amazing what certain foods can add up to. You probably need to re-educate yourself and this is the best way IMO :)
