Crockpot "Refried" Pinto Beans- skeptical of calorie count

Has anyone made these and calculated the calories? I want to make sure I am in the right ballpark or if something got messed up. With my calculations, 140g =134 calories. I am skeptical because I feel so full after eating this serving.

My recipe:
570g dry pinto beans
9 cups water
190g yellow onion
50g minced garlic
(salt/spices- don't input those)

Cook on high for 5-8 hours. Drain most of water, and then mash them (add back water to desired consistency). The finished weight of the mashed beans was 1660g.

Sound right?

Massive fiber hit. Low in calories because no added fat. Call it a win.

Sounds a tiny bit low. Database says 140 grams of cooked pinto beans has about 200 calories, and I double-checked that against the NAL database. But it depends on how much water you add back, I suppose. Sounds like you measured everything, so if that's what the calculator says, then, its probably right.

It looks like no oil or fat, so it doesn't sound crazy.

I love to make homemade refried beans in the crockpot. I can eat just one cup and it satisfies. My secret- add 1-2 cups of any healthy (no sugar) salsa at the end with and immulsion blender. Each batch has a wonderful new taste with a new salsa. Be careful of the sodium content of the salsa. Anyone else make it this way?
