Should I lower my calorie intake?

I'm 5 foot 3, 29 years old and 213.7 pounds.
I currently have myself set to sedentary and do not eat my excersize calories.
I weigh every gram of food on a digital scale (I own 2) and measure all liquids.
I have an active job. I work 84 hours every 2 weeks and put in approximately 22,000 steps per day. I also do 30 min of cardiovascular on my days off at home.
I do not feel hungry so I'm not worried if I need to eat less.
For 3 weeks now my weight seems to be stuck. Aug 18 I weighed in at 213.9.. I had 2 awful weeks of bloated pms symptoms and shot up to 218.9. Finally those symptoms passed and I went down to 215 and then to 213.7. So.. only .2 less then I was 3 weeks ago.
My first 30+ pounds seemed to fall off like butter so should I lower intake now that I've lost 40? Maybe to 1100? Thanks

Don't worry! Stalls happen, and they are frustrating. I had one, and I wish I could remember exactly when it was. It might have been around 25 or so pounds down, so close to where you are. It lasted 3 weeks.
I asked on the boards how long they could last and was told up to 6 weeks!
If you're sure you're logging is tight? Trust the math.
I know that it's super frustrating, but it will come to an end, and you'll start losing again. Trust me. BTDT.0 -
If your logging is good, you are probably on the verge of a "woosh". There is absolutely no reason to go below 1200 calories short of a medical condition.
The legendary "whoosh" is widely debated but many believe in it - the weightloss stalls and just as you are about to give up and tuck into an entire chocolate mud cake (serves 8) you step on the scales and are suddenly much lower.
Unfortunately, women are prone to awful periods when our periods (no pun intended haha) make the scale say funny things. Keep going, keep your logging tight and you'll see results.0 -
Stay the course, you are doing great!!0

My weight doesn't budge (up a pound, down a pound) for weeks on end and then I drop a big chunk (like 6 lbs) and then it goes back up a little. But if I look at the averages it ends up being about 4 or 5 lbs a month. Hard not to focus in too much on the short term numbers. Keep at it, keep being truthful about your intake and it will come off.0

And since no one said it yet, I hope you're doing some basic tape-measure recording as well. Oddly, sometimes the inches seem to drop while the scale stays steady, or vice-versa. If that's the case for you, it may help with the psychological side of waiting for the plateau to pass.0
