awesome Weight Watchers trick. Buy a pumpkin bread mix - I love Trader Joes brand, and a can of pumpkin. Do not add any other ingredients- ONLY the canned pumpkin and bake!! No oil or eggs etc. So good! I did it with a chocolate cake mix too and it's delicious without the fat!

I have found that you can substitute applesauce or baby food prunes for the oil in most baked goods. It adds moisture without the added fat. They don't alter the taste either.0

I mix a can of pumpkin with a box of devil's food cake mix. I add some chopped walnuts and bake it in muffin tins. It's pretty good. I don't care about the "fat free" aspect, but the fact that I can eat something that resembles chocolate cake and stay in my calories makes me happy.0
