Any breastfeeding mama's here lift early in the morning (like 4AM)? My baby sleeps 6:30-6 so the morning is my best bet for working out. I really don't want to get up 30 minutes early to pump before but also don't want to leak everywhere on the squat rack haha anyone have luck not pumping? I don't pump in the MOTN either... Thanks!
