Any breastfeeding mama's here lift early in the morning (like 4AM)? My baby sleeps 6:30-6 so the morning is my best bet for working out. I really don't want to get up 30 minutes early to pump before but also don't want to leak everywhere on the squat rack haha anyone have luck not pumping? I don't pump in the MOTN either... Thanks!

Unless this is an older baby and no longer nursing on demand, I would not do it. Lift in the evening. If baby really goes to bed that early, it should be easier than getting up before dawn.0
