Hello all...
I am not new to mfp. I was using it before and i lost 8kg by using mfp.
But after that during my vacation and thesis time, i gained 9 kg.
I am really missing the feeling of losing weight, feeling more comfortable in your own clothes, higher confidence level.
But now i am back on mfp. More determined....more dedicated
For my this journey i want to make new friends so that we can support each other, motivate each other and also can cherish the joy of being few kgs lighter.
Feel free to send me Friend request but don't forget to write a message.

Hi zd you know you will get to your goal as you done it before. Focus on getting there with lots of exercise and calorie tracking. Good luck. Rx

I know how you feel. I started again this time I am determined to reach goal. I have a lot more to lose than you but it seems so much easier this time to log, and make myself accountable. Good luck you will do great. Congrats on new found determination.
