I jump from working out in the morning then to night basically I just work out when I feel like it. Should I be sticking to a schedule of should I work out in the morning on an empty stomach ? Just wondering because I read and article that you burn more calories in the morning then night, does anyone feel the same ? When do u work out ? Or are u on a exercise schedule ?

Some people don't have time to workout in the morning. Some people do.

Some people don't have time to to workout at night. Some people do.

    It doesn't matter.

You don't burn more calories at night.

Doesn't matter, just do what works best for you. The only reason you would burn more in the morning is if you have more energy then to go harder at your workout. Otherwise, it doesn't make a difference.

Time of day doesn't matter. Fit it into your schedule when you can.

It doesn't matter. Do it when ever is best for you.

During the week I workout in the afternoon/evening. On a weekend it's usually in the morning.

    Doesn't matter. Consistency does.

When it works for you. I've done everything from 5am to 10pm start time. I've found that for me, around a 9am start time works best for my schedule and the rest of my life.

think about it logically...why would it matter? how would you possibly burn more calories in the AM than PM...calories are just a unit of energy...why would time of day matter?

as ninerbuff pointed out...consistency is what is important...when you workout is completely irrelevant.

whatever you prefer. getting them in x times a week is more important. Some people are more suited to mornings or evenings. The only thing I would point out is that if you are training intensely and regularly, then switching over from say a late night session to an early morning one does not leave much time for recovery. Listen to your body.
