morning all!! I have been stuck trying to lose the last bit of weight! I watch what I am eating and doing my workouts. Anyone have any suggestions?

    Accurate deficit control and patience. If you arent losing after 6 weeks you will need to eat less or move more. Its a sign you arent at the deficit you believe. Be patient and keep doing the right things.

    Keep going as you are. Log everything. Those plateaus are so discouraging, but they do break.

    Maybe that last bit of weight is telling you that you've reached the weight your body is happy with. I suggest not trying too hard, just enjoy your food, eat slower, keep off sugary drinks etc. and you'll lose weight if that's right for you. Good luck :smile:

    I'd use trendweight.com for a few weeks. If it's telling you you don't have a deficit after 10 weigh ins, then you should reduce your intake or up your exercise. Eat fairly consistently as you say you have been, you don't need to count calories, just watch the deficit number and the projection to goal.

    You are losing 1.9 lbs/week of total weight.
    You are burning 965 cal/day more than you eat.

    Keep doing what you're doing :)

    Track what you eat and keep an eye on portion sizes and you'll have no problem! If you can work-out regularly, that'll be a plus too. Best of luck!
