Trying to motivate my wonderful mum with the inspiration of those who have been where she is now and have succeeded!

Has anyone got before & after pics for a loss of 150+lbs?

  IDK if she's online but Whitney has a blog she writes on a lot...she's lost 217lbs. She's a total inspiration!

  She's my fav too...WhitneyW78 ( i think, I can't go back and forth on screens). She is on my friend's list.
