    i love these especially the one that says it doesn't matter how slow you go you are still lapping everyone on the couch!

    it doesn't take much to do something, we just have to start!

    Thanks for the motivation it will keep me going on this mornings workout at the gym in a few minutes!

    These are great! I dont have a picture but my favorite quote comes from an exertion chart that hangs in front of the treadmill at the Y - "This is hard, but I can take it." That is also my run mantra if Im trying to push myself.
