and got right back on! Last week I had to go to a conference and for 4 days ate and drank too much, did not track my food, barely exercised, and generally felt like *kitten* the day I got home. The next morning I bravely got on the scale as it was my weigh in day, and I got right back to tracking. For a few moments I have to admit I was tempted to just throw in the towel, but then I remembered how hard I've been working these past weeks, and how good it feels to be in control and see some of the weight coming off and I snapped myself out of it.

When you slip for a few days, just dust yourself off, forgive yourself for being human, and get right back at it! Gotta go now....time for 30 minutes of laps in the pool! Cheers!

Great attitude! I am working hard on being like that. I'm such an on the wagon/ off the wagon person. :-( it's hard for me not to throw in the towel. My goal for the rest of the year is to just be consistent and not allow vacations, a cruise in October and the holidays to think I can have a free for all. Thanks for sharing!

As everyone else has already stated, it's great that you were able to see past a failure and see all of your successes thus far!
