Intermittent Fasting

I've been trying Intermittent Fasting (eating the same deficit-- just all my food goes in during a very short interval), and it seems to be working well.
Anything I should be aware of before pursuing this as a regular schedule?

Just make sure you're on a schedule that will work for you most days. Getting off schedule can really do a number on you, especially if the IF is part of your hunger/craving control.
