so if I am breastfeeding how many calories should I add to my daily intake????

I usually just put about 350 calories but my mom is 75 years old so I don't know how valid that is.0 -
Go to your diary and search foods for breastfeeding. There's an entry that subtracts 500 calories which allows you to eat 500 more calories to compensate0
