How I've lost 20 kg or 44 lb in 3 months

Hey. When I started losing weight I was 106.7 kg, and now I am 20 kg lighter.
I started on Monday, June 1st, 2015. What a great date to start!
Funny thing is, I haven't even counted calories :smiley:
When I started I walked 60 minutes every single day. My exercise routine has changed though, now I walk 30 minutes 3 times a week, swim a kilometer twice a week, rest on Sundays and what I do on Mondays changes a lot. Losing weight has been really easy for me, since I can stick to plans if I really want to. I'm not done yet, my target is to get in between 75 kg - 80 kg and stay there.
