  Good for you staying so healthy!! My son is type 1. Hope he keeps up with it so well into his adult years.

  My son was diagnosed at age 9 with T1 - it kicked me up the butt and I took up running

  Excellent! My daughter (age 12) has t1d, I always love to find adults not only living but thriving with t1d! Thanks for your post
