Okay obviously I'm new to all this and you all will see why.... I'm confused about work out plans. I'm looking at one that consists of 3 circuits. Now do I just rotate them throught the week or do all 3 of them 3 times a week?

If the program doesn't say, it's probably not a good program. What's the program? And what is your goal?

My goal is to gain weight. It is a free weight routine. It's a routine off of bodybuilding.com called "ripped dude bodyweight workout"

It looks like one workout to me. You'll run through each circuit 5x then move on to the next circuit.

Yeah, you'd repeat the whole thing 3x a week.
That workout is missing pulling exercises (back & biceps). I'd add a set of pull-ups or bodyweight rows for each set of pushups, to keep things balanced between the pushing & pulling muscles.
And you'll probably outgrow bodyweight squats & lunges pretty quick .. when you do, just hold something heavy. :+1:
