It's been a year since I began my weight loss journey, so I thought I'd share some pics to document this milestone. I started out following weightwatchers online, but I recently made the switch to mfp because I love the brilliant simplicity and supportive community it has to offer :) Reading these message boards every day is my biggest motivation to stay on track. Thanks for all the support!

In the before shots I was 243.2 lbs and in the current shots I'm 178.2 lbs. Only 18ish more lbs until a normal bmi (I'm 5'7")!

This is me in my old size 20 pants! These days I wear a 14...or a 12 at the kinder stores :)
