Hi everyone, I'm a newbie, sort of..... Ive stopped/started mfp numerous times. Have never chatted or shared, hoping that adding this step will help keep me motivated, as it's so uplifting for me reading others posts. Want to get better at nutrition, feeding my family, and would like to lose about 15 pounds. Goal: to be healthy and strong and make good choices, while still enjoying and balancing life, and to join a community of people striving for and achieving similar goals and desires.

    Hi, We can all do this! One day at a time. I'm currently on a 3 day streak. How about you all? Im pretty gung ho when I start, and need to keep chatting, getting support etc to stay that way.
