I get the endangered species dark chocolate with mint. You can buy a pack of the 2"x2" squares and one is only 50 calories0

You can pre portion a chocolate into servings that fit into your calorie and macro goals. The act of weighing my food keeps me from overindulging.

Plus it's vegan and fair trade for those interested.

I blend up a frozen banana, little bit of milk, and some cocoa. Sooooooo yummy!0

Today I had enough calories and had a single serving of ice cream with chocolate syrup.0

I eat chocolate every day. I simply budget it in to my daily calories.
Usually, I have a mini chocolate bar at lunch time and some dark chocolate discs after dinner.0 -
I'll add a little nutella to my oatmeal or malt-o-meal or I'll get some handmade, expensive/amazing chocolate from this shop I love. It's pricey so that makes me want to make it last but really, a half a piece (18 grams) satisfies me. It's angel mint chocolate, very flavorful.0

I get a few things to keep me on track and satisfy me..
I can't buy chocolate or divide a bar.. I'll just eat it all or binge.. a few substitutes..

I often have a square of Lindt 90% dark chocolate as I love dark chocolate.0

Not a massive chocolate fan, but when I want something that tastes like chocolate I eat chocolate. Can't stand dark chocolate or high % stuff, so it's milk or white for me.
I always stock up on Carrefour (French supermarket) gourmet bars like milk chocolate and caramelized coconut or hazlenut fondant when I'm over in france.
The village bakery do amazing chocolate fudge brownies.
Everything in moderation!0 -

Do yourself a favor and buy some Valhrona Cacao Powder... That stuff is awesome.0

By far my most eaten chocolate food is cocoa dusted almonds. I also like ice cream sandwiches quite a bit when it's hot out. Every now and then I'll eat some type of chocolate candy. Salted dark chocolates are pretty tasty!0

I eat chocolate pretty much every day. Lindt 85% dark is my favourite0

I eat Green Blacks 85% daily, 6 squares for 140 calories.
It is good for you and goes great with coffee to get the morning going.
Quite a heart healthy food too!0 -

Yes it is.
Scharffenberger is also pretty good and commonly available in U.S. supermarkets. I've only found Valrhona in specialty stores here.
Personally, I'm not big into chocolate bars, so when I want chocolate I either make something like a single serving brownie or grab chocolate ice cream or grab some fruit & ricotta and drizzle chocolate over it.0 -
Chocolate protein powder in oatmeal is great for a chocolate fix.
But really, if I want chocolate, I just have chocolate. You don't have to eat the whole bar and a square is 30-60 calories depending on the type.0 -
Make some "Nutella" Hazelnuts + cocoa powder
Chocolate banana "Ice cream" (Reaaaally yummy and easy)
Eat some dark chocolate squares

I use the chocolate flavored protein powder in my spinach smoothies. You can put just about anything in those & it still tastes like chocolate. My kids don't even know they are drinking spinach, carrots, strawberries & bananas in them.

Also had hot cocoa for lunch....25 calories (kroger, fat free)----even though it was over 100 degrees today, it was good!0
