Hi all, I've decided to start this a week late, but after the weigh-in shock I just had, I feel like I need some support from others. So here goes:

Successes/struggles this week: Success: started workout out in the morning before kids wake up and it really helps my diet. And we put my husbands old weight bench and barbell set in the basement so I can now use that with the Dumbbells. Woohoo! I'm good at dieting until the weekend and then everything goes down the crapper.
Struggle: The weekend. And obviously frustrating that I didn't lose more when I was tracking everyday. I feel bloated and blah.

Week 1: Good week. Still walking about 8 miles a day plus calorie deficit works well for me. I don't eat my exercise calories either and that helps as well. I would like to see Onederland by the end of next weigh in. Haven't been there in a long time, 20 years or more probably.

I've been under 110 lbs for 2 months and considered maintaining my weight under 110 lbs. It seems very hard maintaining and my weight slowly went over 112 lbs. With lower weight goal seems easier to achieve than maintaining.0 -
