looking to lose a stone. This app really does make you think about what your eating and look for alternatives.". On the first morning after checking the calories I automatically reduced my toast from 4 to 2!

    I know what you mean. I'm scanning and every single food item I'm about to eat to see the cals. Quite surprised by some of them. Usually end up eating something else/reducing the amount or taking our some of the ingredients.
