    Successes/struggles this week: Had my 2nd child 4 months ago, and since then have battled with poor eating habits, lack of sleep and motivation. This is my heaviest I've ever been and I'm ready to change.

    Successes/struggles this week: Success: started workout out in the morning before kids wake up and it really helps my diet. And we put my husbands old weight bench and barbell set in the basement so I can now use that with the Dumbbells. Woohoo! I'm good at dieting until the weekend and then everything goes down the crapper.
    Struggle: The weekend. And obviously frustrating that I didn't lose more when I was tracking everyday. I feel bloated and blah.

    Successes/struggles this week: I was away for a long weekend with my family. So a lot of driving. i also did a lot of walking which maybe stopped it being a bigger number.

    Successes/struggles this week: I've lost 30 pounds since starting My Fitness Pal 2 years ago. It has been a slow but steady process and I am almost to my goal. This is where it really gets hard though because in the past when I almost reach my goal is when I fall back into old habits.....NOT this time though!

    Week 1: Good week. Still walking about 8 miles a day plus calorie deficit works well for me. I don't eat my exercise calories either and that helps as well. I would like to see Onederland by the end of next weigh in. Haven't been there in a long time, 20 years or more probably.

    Successes/struggles this week: Well, my sober September turned into mostly sober September. Did good on Friday. Tried to stay strong on Saturday...and Sunday...and Monday...back on the wagon today. I am bound and determined to lose 10 more pounds by the end of October.

    I've been under 110 lbs for 2 months and considered maintaining my weight under 110 lbs. It seems very hard maintaining and my weight slowly went over 112 lbs. With lower weight goal seems easier to achieve than maintaining.

    I've been eating clean, drinking more water, working out 5-6x a week, cut out fast food, sodas, sugar and I will 'cheat' once a week for one meal. I've lost a total of 26lbs.
